With over 30 years of expertise in polymer engineering, compounding, production, and post-processing operations, Mr. Manchala Venkata Sudhakar is a stalwart in India’s sustainable plastics and biodegradable materials industry.

He began his academic journey with a Postgraduate Diploma in Polymer Engineering (1994), followed by a Master’s in Business Administration (1997). His unique combination of technical acumen and business insight led to the founding of Bio-Plast Products Co. in 2008, a pioneering venture in compostable product manufacturing.

Since 2006, he has been successfully leading Symbioplast India Pvt. Ltd. as Managing Director—expanding operations, innovating in polymer solutions, and setting new benchmarks in eco-conscious production.

Mr. Sudhakar is also a co-founder of La Komposte Environ Engineering LLP, a firm dedicated to sustainable environmental engineering solutions.
